Sylvan’s entry level models tend to cost from $35,000 – $50,000 with a smaller motor. Sylvan offers a variety of different models that have a lot of different price points. 5. How much does it cost to upkeep a Sylvan boat?
Sylvans are fairly easy to maintain. A simple cleaning after a few uses of your boat as well as making sure that before you put the cover on that the boat is dry! The main maintenance to the boat itself is cleaning your pontoons at the end of the season! Our marina offers a pontoon cleaning service at the end of the season. 6. How long do Sylvan boats last?
Sylvan offers a lifetime plus six warranty! This includes a limited lifetime warranty on the hull and structure of the boat and a six year warranty on all components, flooring and upholstery. That is just the period of time that your boat will be covered under warranty. With proper care a Sylvan pontoon can last well beyond the warranty period!
7. Is it hard to drive a Sylvan boat?
Pontoons are a little bit different to drive than other kinds of boats, but once you get the hang of it it’s very very simple. Docking your pontoon is what will take the longest to learn, but again, once you have it down it is extremely simple!
