Requirements:

• To do the assigned work as efficiently as possible to satisfactory completion
• To continually add suggestions for work improvement
• To make sure all documentation is complete and processed for each work assignment
• To furnish their own hand tools essential for the job
• To strive for inter-department relationship
• To show courtesy and tact at all times when dealing with others
• To be responsible for their own work performance
• To have the Mechanical skills essential for the job
• Requires good health and physical mobility
• Mount motors to boats and operate boats at various speeds on the water to conduct operational tests.
• Must have own set of tools to begin. Specialty tools will be provided by the marina service department
