Service orders
Writing service orders
Find out detailed customer expectations
Get as much information from customers as possible
Document on work order the minimum of:
Current boat location
Complaint/ symptom of problem
Ending boat location
Key number/ location
Tracking service orders in shop with status updates
File completed service orders and maintain customer file system.
Co-ordinate service orders with the Service Manager
Document all appropriate information on work orders
Warranty Administration
File warranty as needed for companies Atwood Lake Boats represents
Coordinate the ordering of warranty parts with Parts Dept as needed
File warranty paperwork as needed
Gain proper warranty clearance when needed from manufacturers to complete warranty labor work
General:
Company email
Check and respond to emails as needed
Company desk phone
Responsible for answering and returning all messages daily
Company text
Responsible to communicate as needed via Kenect and return messages daily
Walk in customers
Responsible for counter customers as needed as a priority over phone / email customers

We are seeking dependable seasonal team members for the upcoming boating season. This hands-on position works outdoors at and around the marina and plays an important role in preparing boats and docks for a successful season.
